Activities: Hotel Santa Fe

Our professional Concierge will provide you with all the information that you require for recreational tours, and a local shuttle is available. All the activities listed below are available either on-site or near the hotel: fees may apply. Even though we are located downtown, we also feature a beach club for you.

ATV: Ride your own bike and learn with our expert guide all about the flora and fauna while you explore and relax. Driving through the desert on your own all-terrain vehicle is a popular activity for our visitors.

Horseback Riding: The dessert-beach tour takes you through along the beautiful canyons and winds up on a large beautiful pristine beach with the Sea of Cortez lapping the shores. For beginners there is an instructor available prior to the ride.

Sunset Tours: Adventure begins at the Hotel Santa Fe were where we will take you to the Cabo San Lucas Marina aboard of Vans or Suburban. You will take a cruise around the famous "Arch", and the Pacific Ocean where you will presence one of the most beautiful sunsets on earth.

Snorkeling: This is quite an experience! All cruises depart from Cabo San Lucas's Marina. During this ride you will sail or navigate along the coastline, as close as it gets to Los Cabos Arch, Sea Lyon Colony and be right on the line where both oceans meet, The Sea of Cortes and the Pacific Ocean (Land's End). At "Santa Maria" or "El Chileno" you will be able to swim among tropical fishes and you will find also white coral, exotic under water vegetation that will be the compliment of his unique experience.

City & Shopping Tour: An excellent way to orient yourself and get to know all the different history and information about the great spots as the golf courses, residential areas, the old Jesuit mission of the 18th Century and the estuary (the Sanctuary of the birds).

Whale Watching: Blues, Grays, Humpbacks, Orcas and other whales can be seen in these mild and beautiful waters. The Whale Shark, which is the world’s largest fish, is also found here. The warm waters of Cabo’s Bay provide a wonderful whale watching opportunity in the winter months through to March. The whales migrate from the waters south of Alaska to winter in the mild waters of Baja California and the Sea of Cortez, where they find shelter, food and give birth to their young. Whale petting is a popular tourist attraction and on the North of Cabo San Lucas there lie several lagoons well protected from the elements which provide excellent opportunities to view these huge creatures in their natural state. In some areas, visitors may pet the whales from the fishing docks.
